台南立委補選落敗 謝龍介：接受及祝福

(中央社記者張榮祥台南16日電）投入台南市第二選區立法委員補選、以3000多票的些微差距落敗的國民黨候選人謝龍介，今天在佳里競選總部表示，接受結果，也祝福對手，但國民黨在這個選區翻轉，就從今天開始。
謝龍介下午5時許走進佳里競選總部，資深國民黨台南市議員洪玉鳳一看到謝龍介，不捨地擁抱及哭泣，反倒是謝龍介輕聲地安慰她。
其實，當開票約1小時、謝龍介敗象已露時，台南市議會國民黨團書記長蔡育輝、市議員林燕祝、尤榮智、洪玉鳳、去年參選台南市長失利的高思博等人，坐在計票台前，個個臉色凝重，氣氛高壓。
謝龍介接受媒體訪問時則說，他接受這個選舉結果，也祝福對手及民進黨，希望民進黨聽到拚經濟及改善生活的聲音和期待，但他不會離開這個位置，他會繼續幫柚農、果農找通路，美國、加拿大、澳洲及大陸的台商，也是真心要幫農漁民，大家一起努力。
謝龍介表示，每個政黨都會推出最強的候選人，人民才是最後的裁判者，但民主聖地不是像賴清德講的，若民主聖地不輪替，怎麼會是民主呢；這個選區26年來都沒有輪替，這不是民主，民主就是政黨會輪替，人民有選擇的機會，誰做得好就由誰來做，做不好換下來。
媒體詢問是否會再投入明年立委選舉，謝龍介說：「不一定選」，但他會繼續服務，他理解有那麼多痛苦和期盼，有這麼多的問題，他絕不會置身事外，但不一定要有位置才能做事，他也會透過立法院國民黨團讓農委會知道，希望以後不要再有口水。
謝龍介對能取得這樣的成績，感到興奮，他表示，國民黨在這個選區本來只有18%，民進黨堡壘堅固，著墨甚深，這樣的票數，國民黨20年來從未想過，翻轉就從今天開始。
至於2020總統大選，謝龍介表示，黨有黨的機制，選舉沒那麼容易，民眾的心自有一把尺，國家元首選舉和地方立委選舉合併的話，會有很多錯綜複雜的火花，大家都會幫這塊土地，賴清德也是。這次賴清德輔選地不錯，已拿到本錢，有機會挑戰總統蔡英文。（編輯：翁翠萍）1080316
高齡嬤止痛藥吃太多 胃穿孔做手術才治好

94歲高齡的林阿嬤平時若身體不舒服，就會自行到西藥房買止痛藥吃，日前突然感到肚子非常痛，由家人緊急送到臺中醫院就醫。經臺中醫院消化外科蔡金宏主任檢查後，確診為胃潰瘍穿孔，決定替林阿嬤實施半胃切除手術，經過評估，使用低壓力腹腔鏡手術。手術傷口只有5公分，開刀後五天即可下床走路，一週內即可進食，恢復良好。

94歲高齡的林阿嬤平時若身體不舒服，就會自行到西藥房買止痛藥吃，家人勸阻卻無效。一年前，林阿嬤因為胃出血而住院，復原後並未持續追蹤。今年1月突然感到肚子非常痛，由家人緊急送到臺中醫院就醫。經臺中醫院消化外科蔡金宏主任檢查後，確診為胃潰瘍穿孔，決定替林阿嬤實施半胃切除手術，手術中腹腔鏡發現胃部有一個兩公分的穿孔，經過評估，使用低壓力腹腔鏡手術。手術傷口只有5公分，開刀後五天即可下床走路，一週內即可進食，恢復良好。
臺中醫院消化外科蔡金宏主任表示，老年人常見胃潰瘍成因主要是吃太多非類固醇的抗發炎止痛藥，止痛藥的成分會對腸胃的黏膜造成傷害，加上胃裡的胃酸，讓受傷的黏膜不容易修復，一旦傷害深及胃黏膜下層，即形成胃潰瘍，如果還持續服用止痛藥時，就可能有腸胃受傷的風險，嚴重者甚至有胃出血及胃穿孔的危險。傳統手術傷口約20~30公分，容易造成感染，恢復期也比較慢。這次林阿嬤所施行的是低壓力(低灌注壓力)腹腔鏡手術，把撐開腹腔的二氧化碳灌注壓力降低 這樣就不會對老人家的心肺功能造成壓力，傷口小，恢復也更快速。
蔡金宏主任提醒民眾，高齡長者及常服用止痛藥者，更需常注意自己的腸胃狀況，胃潰瘍常見的症狀如上腹疼痛、腹脹感、噁心嘔吐、火燒心等，胃潰瘍患者應調整飲食習慣、避免飲用乳製品、遠離菸酒、飯後不要立刻躺平、減輕生活壓力。若出現吐血、排出黑色糞便、反覆嘔吐、不明原因體重減輕等，應該盡速就醫，早期治療。
